Padded underwear for cycling, horseback riding, indoor cycling, triathlons, motorbiking, and...

Our original padded liners convert any shorts, tights, or pants into comfortable, protective clothing. The seamless one piece crotch has a lightweight, low-profile pad which compresses easily yet protects effectively. On long or short rides, Padded Skins™ provide comfort and support while eliminating soreness and chafing. Leg seams are flat-stitched and have elastic at the thigh to keep padding from riding up or bunching. The pad covers and protects where seat and tailbones need it most.

Description

WEAR WHATEVER YOU WANT OVER PADDED SKINS™

WE USE WICKING FABRICS for all our products. We have discovered a lightweight, technical blend of 96% wicking polyester fibers spun with 4% lycra to provide snug yet flexible comfort. This silky, stretchy fabric SUPPORTS and insulates like a fine layer of air under your clothes, keeping you cooler in warm weather and warmer in cool weather.

COMFORT CUT: Our innovative one-piece crotch design features no seams or excess fabric between your legs.

EASY CARE: Machine washable, even in hot water! Tumble dry or lay flat.

OUR SEAMLESS PAD is a low profile, dense construction of five layers – 1/2 inch open-celled nylon foam bonded to polyester terry on the body side and nylon tricot on the outside. This pad is then sandwiched between two layers of our wicking fabric,  providing nearly as much protection as regular cycling shorts.

Forget you are wearing them

Hi Merrily,

Thank-you for the two extra shorts! I've tried using regular bicycle shorts under jeans, but they just don't feel right. Yours feel as if nothing is there. This is exactly what I was looking for.
I've been wearing these for a few weeks now (previous order). It took some getting used to, but I now will wear nothing else. :)
Cheers,
Aaron

Long Distance

As a long distance cyclist, I have found Men’s Padded Skins to be a great addition when worn under a gel-padded cycling bib. Fit is very good, no chaffing issues, and and they make the ride much more comfortable. A real plus for a long time on the saddle!

Thin Pad is more comfortable

I couldn’t believe how thin these were. In fact I sent the first pair back thinking no way this is going to work. But after a conversation with the owner I decided to give them a try. WOW I could not believe this much comfort could come from a 1/2″ layer of foam. Compare these to the
competition which have almost double the thickness and double the
discomfort. . I noticed for me that they run just a little large. I have a 30″ waist and the XS fits very nice. I am sold on Andiamo for my bike rides

In love with Padded Skins

I’ve worn the Men’s Padded Skins for several cycling rides, and have absolutely fallen in love with them. My only regret was ordering the wrong size. I am 5’11’ and 160. According to the size chart should have bought them in Medium. Since I prefer more of a tight compression fit, I ordered them in Small. The next pair I buy will be XS because the S is not quite as tight as I prefer.

Andiamo!
Five days on horseback
…driving cattle across the desert, leaves most riders a little sore
in the saddle. A traditional steak dinner to celebrate the end of the
trail is something all of us cowboys look forward to, but wearing
padded Andiamo skins has often meant the difference between having an
enjoyable sit –down dinner and standing upright with my back against
the horse trailer.
