Been doing business with this company since I guess before they had a Web presence and even then, I never ever had any issues, even when I screwed up my order. Placed an one once and forgot to change the size which by default is Small. When my purchase arrived and I only then discovered my mistake, contacted support and explained what I'd done, was told, "no worries, send it back and we'll ship the proper size you need immediately." And they DID.
Service & Support is and always has been phenomenal and I don't think it'll ever change. It's always been a pleasure to do business with this company largely because it would appear as if EVERY single employee, they know what the hell they're doing. Sad to say though in today's world and this isn't always the case. Maybe that's because if [on the rare occasion] one has to contact support, you're not going to find yourself having to deal with an AI Chatbot, rather you will have an honest-to-God human being to speak with. This isn't the case when dealing with most websites today. Call me old-school but it's always nice not to have to put up with a non-human entity.
Lastly, their products are TOP NOTCH and I've NEVER had any issues with ALL of the orders I've placed over the years from this company. Their products are made right here in the US of A which is really nice. I don't believe this is a very large company which is just fine with me for I loath having to deal with Corporate America for often times, nothing ever goes right. And today, many of these companies, they make it next to impossible to reach a human being when an issue occurs. That's not the case with Andiamo Underwear and never will be in all likelihood.
As such, folks, keep up the great work for I can see myself continuing to use this company for years to come. But then, that's probably because I'll never be DISAPPOINTED when I do!!!
I use the unpadded skins for backpacking. I can backpack in these, and they are thin enough they breath well but opaque enough I can wear them in a shelter on the trail and no one can see through them. I am a female, so I'm not sure how much could be seen if you are a male.
As expected. . My only complaint is that I have to cut the leg seams about 3" so that they don't pinch my thighs
I've been using these unpadded liners uner regular nylon or polyester shorts for bike touring for a number of years. Our touring bikes have well cushioned seats and don't require ppadding. These liners are much cooler and more comfortable off the bike than padded shorts. When we travel, I'll bring two pairs and hand wash one out at night, then if it isn't dry by morning, I bungee them to the outside of the panniers while we ride. They are well made and machine washable on the delecate cycle.
I have used Andiamo skins for 20+ years and they are the secret to my operational success. Accept no substitute!
