i have been using andiamo skins for at least ten years. i use them daily when working out, running and walking, they are super comfortable.i just ordered six more pairs and my others have lasted for a long time.i will always use these if i can buy them:)
I may not be a cyclist but I’ve been loyal to andiamo underwear for the better part of a decade. Through rock climbing, ranch labor, snowboarding, river rafting, traveling, up all night studies, and everyday life… The Andiamo Skins are the only underwear I wear. The last thing anyone wants to feel is uncomfortable in their own clothing, and I swear by these unpadded skins! They’re simply the most comfortable, lightweight, quick dry, oderless, long-lasting, versatile product out there… Do as I did, clear out your drawer and buy a dozen.
I’ve been using this product for 11 years. I always keep several pairs around. They’re perfect for rides long enough that I’m going to break a sweat, but no so long I want to pull on padded shorts. Plus, they can be worn under normal clothing so you don’t have to change or feel like a weirdo if you’re biking to a destination. I mostly use them on my daily commute. What prompted me to write this review, however, was a customer service experience I just had. I ordered new skins Thursday. They arrived today (Saturday). Due to my error, I got the wrong size. I emailed customer service and got a response in fewer than 5 minutes. On a Saturday! They’re sending me the replacements immediately, not even requiring receipt of the returns first. This is a very good company. You’ve earned my loyalty even more, now.
I first tried Skins in the 20th Century while working on motion pictures in the desert southwest where 12 hour days were common. I had tried everything but they were always cotton and unable to wick moisture away from areas that needed it. When I found how this product accomplished that and were comfortable and durable I threw all my cotton boxers in the trash and have been using Andiamo Skins since. I used to call up and speak with the folks who made them and they were always nice and helpful. Now I have padded for riding and unpadded for everyday use. Today I will order another seven for everyday use. Thanks Andiamo Skins!
Great product! My wife and I have been wearing the unpadded skins for underwear, workout bottoms, paddling, swimming and all sorts of outdoor activities for years! They are durable, look great, comfy, and dry quickly and easy cleaning even after swimming! Perfect for our sailing vacations and active life. They fit great under a pair of jeans as well. Made in USA and great customer service as well.
